Senior Project Manager

Kim is responsible for Gola’s Project Management and Space Planning division where she takes pride in her dedication and commitment to facilitating the highest levels of ongoing customer service and client support. Having worked in multiple and varied aspects of commercial design and construction including fabrication, facilities, architectural design and commercial real estate, Kim’s diverse background and work experience is a critical component of the knowledge and value she brings to our clients.

Prior to joining Gola in 2004, Kim was employed as a Project Manager by United System Integrators serving onsite at GMAC Mortgage as team lead for National Retail Lending. In addition to an unremitting project load of thirty-five branches, Kim was responsible for training and managing a staff of nine project, transaction and support professionals, workflow and backlog maintenance, invoicing, staffing and new process development. From 1996 through 2001 Kim was employed by Charles Matsinger Associates, in Philadelphia as an Interior Designer involved in all aspects of the programming, design and administration of architectural interiors for tenant planning, corporate, healthcare and research and pharmaceutical clients servicing accounts such as: DuPont Pharmaceuticals Company, Thomas Jefferson University, Preit-Rubin, Inc. and Quest Diagnostics.

Kim is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Her Cooperative Education experience included positions with CoreStates Facilities Planning Department and Nelson & Associates Interior Design/Architecture.
