For the third time since moving into 200 N. Warner Road, ARCO Design/Build Industrial engaged Gola to secure expansion space and increase their regional headquarters footprint in King of Prussia.
The company recently moved into a 3,500-square-foot suite adjacent to their current offices on the fourth floor, bringing their total occupancy to more than 16,000 square feet. As part of lease negotiations, we were able to secure signage rights on the building’s façade with frontage to I-76 that heightens ARCO’s visibility.
