Brian Gola joined Gola in 2025 after having spent three years as an investment sales broker at Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA) where his focus was on multifamily and mixed-use properties in Philadelphia and surrounding markets.
Since beginning his career in real estate, Brian has been involved in over $50 million worth of commercial real estate transactions and leverages his training and experience to navigate complex transactions and achieve maximum returns for his clients.
A Philadelphia area native, Brian attended Penn State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in risk management with a focus on Real Estate and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License.
