The Situation
JetPay (now NCR Corporation) sought to consolidate multiple business functions into a single location, bringing together teams that had been operating across separate facilities.
The Approach
Gola evaluated all real estate options, including lease renewal and relocation across alternate markets. After selecting expansion and relocation, the team led programming, procurement of FF&E and low-voltage cabling, finish selection, budgeting, construction management, and move coordination.
The Result
JetPay consolidated two Lehigh Valley locations into a single facility at Iron Run Corporate Center, uniting 140 employees. The new space expanded datacenter and production capabilities while introducing an open plan that improved collaboration and supported continued growth.
