Gola negotiated a lease renewal that included an additional 38,000 SF, followed by a multi-phased project plan to support construction while the facility remained active. The team coordinated both the expansion and improvements to the existing space under an accelerated schedule.
The Result
Godiva increased its footprint from 12,000 SF to 50,000 SF while maintaining continuous operations. The project was completed over a three-month period, delivering expanded capacity and an improved working environment.
