The Situation
Continued growth prompted H&H Settlement Services to relocate from Jenkintown to a larger workplace. The company needed the right amount of space, a convenient location for its team, and a property that could support future growth while reflecting its culture and vision.
The Approach
Gola introduced its in-house project management team early to help H&H determine its space requirements and evaluate shortlisted properties based on economics and the ability to reuse existing conditions. After touring multiple locations and completing a commute analysis, Gola narrowed the options, circulated RFPs, and helped H&H evaluate both the spaces and their ownership.
Once H&H selected 550 Pinetown Road, Gola arranged a meeting with the landlord, connected the company with a real estate attorney, and advocated for improved pricing, concessions, and transition-related discounts. Gola’s project management team then coordinated the buildout, including reconfigured walls, new transom windows, kitchen improvements, and furniture selection.
The Result
H&H secured 4,244 square feet at 550 Pinetown Road and completed a smooth relocation to Fort Washington. The customized buildout created a distinctive workplace the team is proud to call its own, with the flexibility to support the company’s continued growth.
