Colin Fleming advises corporate occupiers on lease negotiations, relocations, and portfolio strategy across office and industrial assignments.
He joined Gola in 2019 after working with two regional commercial real estate firms, where he focused on tenant representation and gained exposure to agency leasing. That experience provides a clear understanding of how both landlords and tenants evaluate transactions and structure outcomes.
Today, Colin works directly with clients to guide decisions through analysis, negotiation, and execution, ensuring alignment throughout the process.

Colin has negotiated transactions totaling more than $150 million across over 40 states, advising clients on relocations, renewals, and multi-market portfolio decisions.
His experience spans a range of industries and property types, supporting both regional and national occupiers.
Outside the Work
Colin spends time with his wife Danielle, their two sons, and their dog. He enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active.
