Drew Butera represents corporate occupiers in lease negotiations, relocations, and site selection across office and industrial assignments in Philadelphia’s northern suburbs.
He joined Gola in 2025 and focuses exclusively on tenant representation, advising clients throughout Plymouth Meeting, Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Fort Washington, and Horsham.
Drew works directly with clients across all phases of the real estate process, including site selection, lease negotiations and renewals, property acquisitions, and financial analysis. His involvement supports informed, cost-effective decisions and maintains alignment from planning through execution.
