Brian Gola works with corporate occupiers on lease negotiations, relocations, and real estate analysis across office and mixed-use assignments.
He joined Gola in 2025 after working in investment sales at Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA), where he focused on multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the Philadelphia region.
His experience on the investment side provides a clear understanding of how transactions are evaluated and structured, supporting his ability to guide clients through complex decisions.

Experience
Brian has been involved in more than $50 million in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales across a range of property types.

Brian spends time with family and friends and enjoys playing golf.
