Brian Neary
Principal
Brian Neary works with corporate occupiers on lease negotiations, relocations, and real estate strategy across Philadelphia and the western suburbs.
Before joining Gola in 2018, Brian spent three years in tenant representation at Newmark Knight Frank and six years with Brandywine Realty Trust, where he was responsible for leasing a 15 million square foot Philadelphia portfolio. That experience on the ownership side provides a clear understanding of how landlords evaluate risk, structure deals, and protect their position.
Today, he applies that perspective to represent tenants and buyers, ensuring decisions are informed, disciplined, and aligned with the client’s interests.

Experience
Brian has advised occupiers across a range of office transactions, including relocations, renewals, and new lease negotiations throughout the Philadelphia region.
His background includes both tenant representation and institutional ownership, allowing him to guide clients through complex decisions with a practical understanding of how outcomes are shaped.
Outside the Work
Brian lives in West Chester with his wife Alicia and their three daughters. He stays active year-round and enjoys time outdoors with his family.
