Dave Butera advises corporate occupiers on lease negotiations, relocations, and property acquisitions across office and industrial assignments in Philadelphia’s northern suburbs.

He joined Gola in 2007 after more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry, where he held leadership roles in sales and business ownership. His experience managing construction related to IT and telecom installations provides a practical understanding of how real estate decisions translate into execution.

Today, Dave works directly with clients to structure and deliver turnkey solutions across new and existing leases, as well as commercial building sales. His involvement ensures decisions remain aligned from initial planning through implementation.
