Growth, expansions and acquisitions have propelled the company to seek larger headquarters and launch satellite offices.
ISOS relocated its North American headquarters to Horizon Corporate Center and continued to add square footage through subsequent lease renewals. During the same time period, Gola represented the company in finding and leasing more than 15 satellite office locations across the country and in Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.
For the headquarters relocation, Gola provided full advisory and project services. In addition to construction management, our project management team assisted with finish selection; solicitation of proposals and contract negotiation for FF&E and low voltage cabling; and move coordination.
Gola manages the lease portfolio for the parent company and its subsidiaries. We also handle project management throughout North America and continue to update and manage ISOS departmental headcounts and assist with internal expansion unrelated to leases.
