After a brief career in pharmaceutical sales, Brian joined Gola in 1998 and became a principal in 2007. His previous training and experience in the pharmaceutical industry proved invaluable, enabling him to read people and situations, ascertain and solve problems, operate in a highly organized fashion, learn quickly, and be persistent. Now, with 20+ years at Gola, he uses his strong analytical skills to advise clients on every aspect of their needs, from market data, site selection and financial analysis, to lease and purchase negotiations and lease administration.
In addition to representing multiple national clients, Brian also focuses locally on Bucks and Montgomery counties, which makes sense, given his roots in Warminster (Bucks County) and current residence in Skippack (Montgomery County). Brian holds commercial real estate licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives.
I enjoy the challenge and unlimited opportunities in this business. Every day and deal is different. My job is never boring, and I don’t really think of it as work because I enjoy it so much. Meeting interesting and creative people along the way and becoming a trusted resource to clients for all of their real estate matters are the two most satisfying aspects of what I do.
Bachelor of Science, Biology
Brian devotes much of his spare time to coaching Ryan’s CYO basketball, football and baseball teams. He also dotes on Cooper and Baloo, the family’s two black lab rescues. Baloo was adopted when he was battling cancer at 11 months old and Brian is happy that his now tri-pawed buddy is cancer-free and getting around just fine.
