After working for more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry, beginning as a sales manager with one firm and ending as a partner with another, Dave accepted an invitation in 2007 from Gola—a past client—to join them. His background in sales, combined with having been a business owner with a wealth of experience in construction pertaining to IT and telecom installation was immediately transferable to tenant representation and project implementation.

Dave represents businesses of all sizes providing turnkey solutions new and existing leases and commercial building sales. His geographic focus is in Philadelphia’s northern suburbs, specifically Plymouth Meeting, Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Ft. Washington, and Horsham. He has made it his mission to know everything possible about the buildings, landlords, tenants, and lease deals within these submarkets. Originally from Mercerville in central New Jersey, Dave now resides in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. He holds a Pennsylvania commercial real estate license and is a member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives.

Dave was a board member of the Audubon Recreation Association for five years. In college he was a Division 3 basketball and tennis ace. Now his favorite recreational activities include playing a round of golf, entertaining the family’s chocolate lab, Cooper, and recalling when—for a few years in the early ‘80s—he was a professional break dancer.
