Holly Artillio manages transaction coordination across tenant representation assignments, supporting the full lifecycle of each deal from initial documentation through execution.
She joined Gola in 2024 with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, having worked with firms throughout the Philadelphia suburbs.
Holly works closely with brokers and clients to organize documentation, track progress, and maintain accuracy across each stage of a transaction. Her involvement helps ensure deals move forward efficiently and close as intended.
