John Diemer
Project Manager
John Diemer manages project assignments for corporate occupiers, overseeing planning, design, and construction across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
He joined Gola with more than 20 years of experience as a civil engineer, working across industrial, commercial, and residential development. His background spans planning, design development, and construction management on projects throughout the country.
John’s experience in both the municipal and private sectors provides a detailed understanding of entitlement processes, including coordination with municipalities, transportation agencies, and regulatory bodies.

He works with clients and project teams to navigate approvals, manage complexity, and keep projects moving forward in alignment with schedule and scope.

John spends time with his wife Heather and their children, enjoys travel, and values time with family and friends.
