Laurel Logan, NCIDC
Project Manager
Laurel Logan leads project management assignments for corporate occupiers, overseeing design, planning, and execution across office, medical, and educational environments.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in interior design, furniture specification, and project management, working throughout Philadelphia, the surrounding suburbs, and the Lehigh Valley.
Laurel works directly with clients and project teams to coordinate design and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client’s operational needs. Her background as both a designer and project manager allows her to guide decisions from concept through completion with consistency and control.

Laurel’s approach is consultative and detail-driven.
She works closely with clients to understand how space supports their business, then translates those needs into practical design and execution decisions.
Her focus is on maintaining alignment across all phases of a project while minimizing disruption and ensuring a smooth transition into the finished space.
Experience
Laurel has led a wide range of projects, including corporate and medical office fit-outs, educational facilities, and headquarters environments.
In addition to running her own interior design business, she has managed national accounts and coordinated multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across multiple markets.
She is NCIDQ-certified and brings a strong understanding of both design and construction to each engagement.
Outside the Work
Laurel is active in her community and enjoys time with her family, along with interests in gardening, cooking, and supporting local activities.
