Natalie Solowej
Project Manager
Natalie Solowej leads project management assignments for corporate occupiers, overseeing planning, design, and execution from early concept through project completion.
She joined Gola in 2018 with a background in commercial construction and design, including eight years managing large-scale roofing projects and leading her own interior design and construction management work. Her experience provides a detailed understanding of building systems, materials, and how projects are delivered in the field.
Today, Natalie works directly with clients to guide space planning, evaluate proposals, and coordinate design and construction teams. Her involvement ensures decisions remain aligned across scope, budget, and schedule from start through occupancy.
Approach
Natalie’s approach is grounded in coordination and clarity.
She works across all stakeholders, clients, architects, contractors, and vendors, to maintain alignment, resolve issues early, and keep projects moving forward.
Experience
Natalie has managed a range of commercial fit-outs and relocations, supporting tenants and buyers through design, budgeting, scheduling, FF&E selection, and move coordination.
Her background includes construction management, interior design, and product representation across building materials and systems.
She is OSHA 30 certified and a member of the General Building Contractors Association and the Construction Specifications Institute.
Outside the Work
Natalie enjoys staying active through outdoor activities and hands-on projects, including renovating, gardening, and spending time with her dog.
