Growth led to staff occupying five suites on three different floors in a Radnor office building, limiting efficiency and collaboration. At the same time, J.G. Wentworth had five years remaining on a 63,000 SF lease, adding complexity to any relocation decision.

Gola evaluated all real estate options, including renewal and relocation, while subletting the remaining Radnor lease to remove the existing obligation. The team also led space planning, budgeting, furniture procurement, construction oversight, and full move coordination.

J.G. Wentworth relocated to Chesterbrook Corporate Center, consolidating operations into a single location with improved efficiency and room to grow. The selected building provided a convenient location, modern environment, and favorable lease terms. Following the company’s sale of its mortgage division, that entity, JG Home Lending, became a new national client of Gola with more than 25 locations.
