The Approach

The team secured rental concessions, furniture, and a below-market rate, while structuring a phased occupancy that allowed portions of the space to be occupied over time. This approach enabled relocation with 10 months remaining on the existing lease without incurring double rent. Gola also led programming, construction coordination, and move execution.
The Result
Linda’s Stuff relocated to Station Park, securing a long-term lease in a Class A office/flex building aligned with its operational needs. The structured transition minimized disruption, supported continued growth, and delivered favorable lease economics.
