The Situation
Two franchisees set out to establish four new Sky Zone locations across multiple markets. Each site required highly specific physical characteristics and visibility to support a recreation-based concept.
The Approach
Gola led parallel site searches across four distinct markets, navigating a limited pool of viable properties. Not all landlords were receptive to recreation use, further narrowing options. Each location was evaluated against strict criteria, including ceiling height, column spacing, parking, and retail exposure, with demographic data supporting each decision.
The Result
Four leases were successfully negotiated and executed across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, totaling 126,000 SF. Each location met the operational and visibility requirements needed to support successful launches.
