Rod Neary advises corporate occupiers on lease negotiations, acquisitions, and real estate strategy across a wide range of assignments.
He joined Gola in 1984 after a successful sales career in the industrial electrical equipment field and became a principal in 1994.
Rod played a key role in advancing Gola’s transition to an exclusive tenant and buyer representation model, helping establish the firm’s position as an advocate for occupiers in a traditionally landlord-driven industry.
Today, he continues to work directly with clients, guiding decisions with a focus on clarity, alignment, and execution.
