TENANT REPRESENTATION & CORPORATE CONSULTING
Brian Neary represents the interests of commercial real-estate tenants and buyers in Center City Philadelphia and the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia. Before joining us, he worked for three years as a tenant representation real estate broker with the international real estate services firm, Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to that, Mr. Neary served as an in-house landlord leasing representative for six years at Brandywine Realty Trust, where he was responsible for leasing the company's Philadelphia portfolio, totaling 15 million square feet. His perspective from the other side of the table gives him a unique understanding that enables him to most effectively protect tenants and buyers.
Mr. Neary is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the ATR (Alliance of Tenant Representatives.) He is a member of Philadelphia's IABCN (Irish American Business Chamber and Network), aids the HEADstrong Foundation as part of their sponsorship committee and sits on the Drexel Athletic Department’s Board of Delegates and the Drexel Men’s Lacrosse Friends and Family Committee.
Mr. Neary attended La Salle College High School, then Drexel University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. While at Drexel, he played varsity lacrosse and was elected captain by his teammates. Today he uses that strong competitive spirit to advocate for his client's interests.
