TENANT REPRESENTATION & CORPORATE CONSULTING
Colin Fleming, a Philadelphia native, represents the interests of commercial real-estate tenants and buyers in Center City Philadelphia and the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia. Mr. Fleming started working in commercial real estate in 2013, as a Tenant Representative with Avison Young, a large international commercial real estate firm. Before joining us, Colin spent a year and a half with Allan Domb Real Estate, where he split his time between tenant representation and agency leasing, a role that afforded him a 360 degree view of the motives and goals of both landlords and tenants. That perspective adds to his strong ability to advise and serve tenants and buyers. Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated transactions totaling over $25 million on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Fleming is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the ATR (Alliance of Tenant Representatives). He is active member in the Philadelphia community with roles including Co-Chair of the Young Friends Board of Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, Advisory Board Member of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School Young Alumni Leadership Council, Fundraising Committee Member of SpeakUp!, and Head Coach of the Ashbee Youth Lacrosse Club.
Mr. Fleming attended the University of Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor degree in Finance from the Isenberg School of Business. At UMass, he was a member of the lacrosse team where he helped lead the team to a CAA Championship. Mr. Fleming's education in finance, proven competitive success, array of community service and strong work experience in Philadelphia commercial real-estate combine to make him an extraordinary advocate for his clients at Gola.
