The Philadelphia Business Journal recently reported on WSFS Bank’s expansion into the Lancaster market, an important step in the continued growth of its wealth management business. Gola Corporate Real Estate is proud to have helped make that expansion possible.
Serving as WSFS’s tenant representative and project manager, Gola helped the organization identify, secure, and deliver a 4,400-square-foot office at 201 Granite Run Drive. The new location will initially accommodate eight employees and establish a foundation for WSFS to expand its wealth management, private banking, commercial banking, mortgage, and small business services in the region.
According to the PBJ, WSFS’s assets under management and administration have nearly tripled since its acquisition of Bryn Mawr Trust in 2022, growing from $34.6 billion in 2021 to $101.7 billion as of June 30, 2026. The bank identified Lancaster as a high-growth, underbanked market with a strong business community and an expanding WSFS client base.
“When an organization grows at this pace, its real estate has to keep up, with the right location, the right lease terms, and a space delivered on schedule,” said Mark Gola, Principal of Gola Corporate Real Estate. “That allows the team to stay focused on serving clients rather than managing a move.”
The Lancaster office is part of WSFS’s broader strategy to grow its wealth management team and geographic reach while bringing integrated financial expertise to the communities it serves.
Gola was privileged to partner with WSFS on this critical expansion. We are grateful for the organization’s trust and look forward to supporting its continued success.
