NXT Sports is a youth sports education and event management company headquartered in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and operating nationally.
Their focus is on diverse and year-round programming including lacrosse tournaments, premier recruiting events, beginner and advanced educational programming, and a national club program.
When their 7,500-square-foot office and 5,000-square-foot warehouse lease at the Navy Yard came up for renewal, they hired Gola to explore other prime relocation options. After conducting a market analysis to determine the most viable areas regarding site selection, the suburb of Conshohocken was selected for its semi-urban feel and quality of buildings with available Class A office space. Spring Mill Campus emerged as the winner.
After negotiating the two leases—6,030 square feet at 1100 East Hector Street (office) and 3,000 square feet at 1050 Colwell Lane (warehouse)—we deployed our project management team to assist with ensuing tasks, including FF&E procurement, construction management and move coordination.
NXT Sports moved into their new headquarters in July 2020. Working with Gola enabled them to achieve 27% efficiency through smart space planning and programming practices and 39% savings in total real estate costs.
