“Wanting the new space to provide employees with multiple choices for their work arrangements, the company enlisted D2 Groups to design the Monroe Boulevard space with bright colors and to strike a balance between work, play and collaboration spaces. Schultz said. The company also took into account how people would engage in the space in a post-pandemic environment.
‘The space features individual offices, cubicles, phone booths, and small meeting rooms for two to four people. There is a designated quiet space referred to as the “library” area where employees can retreat. A kitchen and dining area overflows into a game room — where there’s pool and shuffleboard — and a training area. Nine holes of mini golf can be played throughout the office.”
